Charles M. Bruce - Chairman

Charles M. Bruce is an American attorney specializing in international tax planning, withholding tax regimes and compliance matters. Among other positions, he has served as Tax Counsel at the United States Senate Finance Committee, Vice-Chair of the American Bar Association, Section of Taxation, Committee on Foreign Activities of U.S. Taxpayers, Chair of the ABA Task Force on International Trusts of that Committee, Visiting Professor, Law Faculty, Institut für Ausländisches und Internationales Finanz- und Steuerwesen, Hamburg University, Hamburg, and Adjunct Professor of Law, Graduate Law Program, Georgetown University Law Center, Washington, DC. He is a member of the American Bar Association, International Bar Association, International Fiscal Association (US and UK branches), the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners, and the International Tax Planning Association. He is Of Counsel to Bonnard Lawson-Lausanne and divides his time between Washington, DC and London. In addition to serving as ACA's Legal Counsel, he is Chairman of American Citizens Abroad Global Foundation.

Glen Frost - President

Glen Frost is the managing partner for Frost & Associates, LLC. He focuses his national and international practices on tax controversy and tax planning matters, business law matters, and estate planning matters and has been awarded Martindale-Hubbell’s AV Preeminent® Lawyer Rating. Glen earned his JD and LL.M. in Taxation from University of Baltimore School of Law. He is also a licensed Certified Public Accountant and Certified Financial Planner™. In addition to serving as Associate Legal Counsel to both American Citizens Abroad, Inc. and American Citizens Abroad Global Foundation, he is President of American Citizens Abroad Global Foundation.

Anne Hornung-Soukup

Ms. Hornung-Soukup was born and raised in Illinois. She has lived in Massachusetts, Virginia, South Africa and Switzerland, and she has now been living outside the US for over 30 years. Ms. Hornung-Soukup earned her BA at Smith College in Massachusetts and her MA at American University in Washington DC. She worked as a business consultant in Geneva for four years, then as portfolio manager at Guyerzeller Bank in Geneva, Switzerland for 16 years. From 1999 to 2010, Anne was Partner and Co-Founder of Axia Investments S.A., a portfolio management company, and in 2010 she joined Bruellan S.A. as a Partner. She is married to a Swiss national, holds both US and Swiss citizenship, and is the mother of two grown children.

John Pelletier

John Pelletier brings extensive financial leadership and organizational management experience. He currently serves as Chief Financial Officer for the Crossroads of America Council, where he oversees accounting, human resources, information technology, and member services, and provides leadership across all financial functions, including budgeting and audit. Earlier in his career, Pelletier held multiple development and fundraising roles across several states, including serving as Director of Development for the Mid-America Council in Omaha, Nebraska, and the Daniel Webster Council in Manchester, New Hampshire.

Raised in a military family, Pelletier spent 13 years of his childhood in Europe, including time in Brussels, Belgium, and Kaiserslautern, Germany. He is an Eagle Scout and a graduate of Marquette University. He resides in Fishers, Indiana, with his wife, Theresa.

Ambassador Thomas Siebert

Ambassador Thomas Siebert served as U.S. Ambassador to Sweden from 1994 - 1998 under President Clinton and is a member of the Council of American Ambassadors. In 1998, he served as Chairman of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) Plenipotentiary Conference and currently serves on the Diplomatic Council on Energy Security. This Council provides advice to Securing America's Energy Future (SAFE), a nonpartisan, not-for-profit organization committed to reducing America's dependence on foreign oil and improving U.S. energy security. He also serves on the Board of Advisors of the International Criminal Court (ICC) Project which operates within the American Bar Association’s (ABA) Center for Human Rights. The ICC Project’s mission is to strengthen the U.S.-ICC relationship within many American circles. Ambassador Siebert is Chairman of the Stockholm International Peace Research Institute – North America (SIPRI-NA) headquartered in Washington, DC. SIPRI-NA’s charter is to contribute to policy debates on global and regional security issues through dissemination of SIPRI research, analysis, and recommendations drawn from SIPRI’s global networks. Ambassador Siebert received a B.A. from Georgetown University and a J.D. from Georgetown University Law School.
